This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the SOMA mobile app, owned by Somatic Movement Center, LLC. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this app.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE & SHARING

Somatic Movement Center, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected through the SOMA app. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We do not and will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We may use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We do not and will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to fulfill an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

The information you input into the Pain Tracker in the SOMA app may be collected and used only as general statistics that include all users of the app. For example, “85% of SOMA users report pain reduction within four weeks.” The information you input into the Pain Tracker will never be used on an individual basis.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the SOMA app, your information is protected both online and offline.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Your monthly payment for the SOMA app is processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. The SOMA app does not collect credit card data.
